Where the party at? [cinemagraph]

Went out and did some night shooting last night. This might be the only cinemagraph I pull from the lot, but I have a lot of stills to sift through yet. The technique for this one was actually a bit different than normal. Normally I would just turn the camera over to video mode and shoot a bit of film and pull the imagery from there. For this one it was too dark to get a good exposure, so I just took multiple stills. The editing in Photoshop was basically the same from there.
